Kathy’s love of Rome is inspiration for her latest novel.
Kathy writes women’s fiction/cosy mystery where the heroine solves a puzzle or saves a community while falling in love—usually in Italy. Her love of Italy—particularly Rome—is the inspiration for her latest novel. The eternal city is the backdrop to secrets, lies, and events that get lost in translation. Inveterate scene-stealer Tuscany plays a supporting role.
Kathy’s novella, Juliet’s Journey, also set in Italy and published in 2015 received a five-star review from Italophile Book Reviews who called the story ‘an entertaining, compact novella romance with lots of Italian flavours.’
In addition to fiction, Kathy has written about the love of books and reading for the website Amreading. She’s also penned on lifestyle and travel for the digital magazine Boomercafe.
